3 Riot, Civil commotion, Strikes or Labour disturbances.

4 Leakage of oil from any fixed heating installation.

5 Subsidence, Landslip, Heave, Impact, Escape of Water.

6 Aircraft and other aerial devices or articles dropped from them.

7 Breakage or Collapse of Aerials, Aerial Fittings and Masts.

8 Cost of alternative accommodation or loss of rent if the Insured premise is uninhabitable after an Insured event.

9 Property Owners Liability (including liability under the Defective Premises Act of 1972) up to £5,000,000.
